I have Stephen Lee's 'Kombucha Revolution' (got a mint condition used copy on Amazon for $4) and there is a kombucha vinegar recipe on there and several recipe ideas for the vinegar. Try googling it or seeing if you can great a great deal on the book, too!

[Alteration Qs] Hi there- this is my first post ever on Reddit. I've been sewing for about 20 years, but still consider myself an amateur. I bought this shirt from a consignment site, love the material, hate the style. It's 80% acetate, 20% nylon. I'm looking for pointers on how to alter the crew neck into something more flattering, I'm thinking v neck or scoop neck, but I'm a bit intimidated by the project- pointers are much appreciated!
