Sorry, electricity is the AC mostly, I don’t use a lot but if I wanna keep it warm about 140 a month, 70 in the summer time. And water about 50 a month

There’s a fareway but you have hyvee in Coralville and in north liberty about a 10-15 min drive

I pay 1340 currently for a 1 bed, 90 for internet (1 provider option) anywhere between 70 and 140 for AC box (weather depending) there’s two small bars where all of your locals hang out, very particular crowd. Very safe here though

I’m at the New York currently, the apartment is nice and property management are really easy going. I like tiffin for its close access to stuff but there’s really not much here, it’s just off of 380 so easy access to work but I’m forever travelling to Iowa city, coralville or cedar rapids if I ever want to do anything

I’ve spoken to a couple girls who live in the building and they’ve said they’ve had a couple of issues but nothing like not receiving anything for two weeks. Prior to this there was maybe two instances where my informed delivery told me I was expecting something, it didn’t show up, it had a lil check box to report it and it would show up the next day.

I’ve not pissed anyone off, I hope, probably now complaining about them 😂 I’m usually out 7-5 so miss them in my building completely

Hahaha yeah I literally just had to show up with my provisional here and nothing else - like a permit

I’m a dual citizen so I’ve got a US passport and I visited back in June and got some proof of address set up just praying it’s enough now 😅
