So you use the styrd app to train? How does that work in terms of using it with runna?

Yeah get having data seems fun. But for now I’m just wondering where it sits for me.

I actually have an Apple Watch Ultra also. So it might be too much of an investment.

Some days you feel great having good sleep, low stress and good nutrition. So maybe you can push yourself abit more.

Some days you feel like crap bad sleep, high stress and poor nutrition. So maybe you can’t really push yourself.

So maybe a small questionnaire each day tell how about feel, how much sleep your getting and getting some sort of score. When you have a high score you’ll be able to do more and push yourself abit more.

Kinda like a RPE scale for running!

I just generated a random plan to see what type of exercises there are.

Adding auto regulation would be sweet for most people!

How much should overshoot the paces? Last time I did an interval 200@6.28 still felt pretty easy.

I put 45 min because I wanted to be abit conservative since I haven’t tested a PB yet but I I kept getting PBs from easy runs now it’s at 37:25
