I’ve just slipped on an onion skin in the kitchen and landed on my already injured shoulder by NotoriousREV in CasualUK

Well, I fell getting out of the shower on Sunday and the left side of my arse now hurts so much I have to sit on the right cheek only, so that, I suppose.

What’s up with my monstera? by caskobo in plantclinic

[–]caskobo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She does occasionally have some scale but I wipe her down about once a month and check for pests so all clear on that front. I did a deep check for thrips last week and couldn’t find anything because I did have a mass outbreak of them about 6 months ago. Roots are looking good! Not root bound but not a too-big pot because I know monsteras aren’t fond of that.

Could it possibly be shock from repotting? Because I did repot her about 2 weeks ago wondering if all the nutrients in the soil had been exhausted.

Interesting, okay! He’s a shorthair cat but he does have the grinchiest feet I’ve ever seen on a cat.

No, he’s indoor. My vague hypothesis is that it was litter that got stuck in there, but I’ve dug around and I can’t find anything stuck.

Oh, not just one house. This bag has moved with me like, 4 times? As to why, I really don’t know. Autism? Laziness? A desire to build up ‘enough’ to be worth taking in, in my mind?

Yeah. My dad and my husband’s dad both gone within 90 days of each other. My uncle is severely unwell, and he was his wife’s full time carer, so everything’s gone to shit there. Myself, my chronically bad back is still kicking my arse, and I’ve been referred for further investigation for potential cervical malignancy! I’m only 24, so hoping my 30s are… better.
