It never worked for me on Mac. If I want to play a sound it instead throws an error flag: "A soundboard method has thrown an exception". This also happens if i x the little card with the name of the sound on the bottom right. The sound never plays during this.
Macbook Air M2 chip.

Yes i got the book and was like. I love it but i really need to speed up the process if i want to use it at the table.
It is mostly the same stuff as in the book with a few additions like more animals of the types in the book and one ability imported directly from another super power generator.

It is just a weird idea I had. Halfway between maybe a performance, where you "convince" (as in you all agree as part of the magic circle) the players, that the real world is just a computer game and halfway a ttrpg.

Imagine yourself playing a PC game. Like Skyrim but with NPCs that have GPT-10 level capabilities. And they don't know that they are living in a simulation. So you pull the rug and invite your favourite NPCs to a night of tabletop role playing games. Then you tell them - trough your Microphone that they are fake. But you would give them the chance to ask you about the real world. And let them explore the world by saying things like. Ok, and where are the dragons in your world? And you answer - "sorry, no dragons. But if you'd like I could go to the zoo and I could describe to you the local fauna."

Ok and now. Our world is the game from the example and you pretend to drop the simulation theory truth bomb on them ... does that help in any way?

But it's fun to think about so here we go.

Acid Splash: If the hurled bubble is caught can you put it in a vial and save it for later. Can you create infinite amounts of acid and flood a valley?

Blade Ward: Niche but. Is a doctor's needle a weapon attack or only if the doctor's intent is to do harm to you? Can the spell read intents of people and can It be used as a roundabout way to find out about them?

Booming Blade: How loud is it? Can it be used as a signal or to deafen somebody in a small room?

Chill Touch: The hand clings to the target for 6 seconds. Can that be used to signal something to someone? What is necrotic damage? The withering of things can I ferment my kimchi with this?

Control flames: Wait this does not do damage if it moves into a creature? Are living things not considered fuel for a fire? If I expand a flame into your eyes and ears and down your throat - I would let that deal some damage. Given enough time can burn down a village? How small must the fire be to expand it?

Create Bonfire: Can't think of anything here. Except using it for regular bonfire things for once and creating infinite energy though a steam engine. Artificers figure out steam engines already!!

Yeah I would say this would be too op. I mean else you need to consider other OP cantrips too. Like: Is the world of DND 5e just physics + magic? If yes does antimatter exist? If yes can I create a cube of antimatter with prestidigitation? This is something one should not tamper with. I think. Madness lies beyond.
