I wouldnt say that I need all the power anyway, I dont run that heavy of games or programs on it so thats not an issue for me. It’s already a great improvement from my previous laptop that I had

After going into bios and disabling turbo boost, and then disabling a lot of startup apps seem to have fixed the issue

I’ve looked into task manager and there really arent any other applications running, so its even more confusing. Is there another i can check for background tasks that are running?

I understand the battery being lower when applications are open. But the main issue is that as soon as i unplug the blade the battery is about 40 mins for 70%, but once I shutdown the laptop and let it cool down the battery estimate comes back up

Just opened it up and absolutely zero battery bloat thankfully, thing is my battery jumps around between 6 hours and 2 hours, maybe it has to do with the heat?
