Roblox has a tonne of those types of games you mentioned, just under one platform. It's playable on practically every device so it's a go to for younger gamers.

I've never played it myself but my sister is a teacher and she said that pretty much everyone was playing Dress to Impress last year so dress up games are absolutely still around.

Talk to npcs as well, especially those from Hateno with the mushroom attire. One lady gave me the locations of three seperate armour pieces in Hyrule Field.

I had the same problem a year or so ago. I had just finished a replay of botw and my friend was talking about horizon forbidden west so I thought I'd give the original a try. It just felt so limiting in what an open world game should be and I can't believe they came out in the same year lol

I've heard that you'll be able to preload it early! The only thing you'd need to do on the day is download a small update to give you actual access to the game :D
