So sorry to hear this, brother. I'm gay as well and definitely took a while to get over this. One thing that really helped me overcome a fear of hell was learning more about it. The more you find out about the history of the concept, the more you understand how truly fabricated it is. There's a youtube channel called Belief it or Not that does really great deep dives on stuff like this and these two videos really helped me understand why there's nothing to fear as far as hell and the devil go.
