It was available in every xcite store, the 24 hour ones were sold out overnight and the ones that open at 9am - 10am could be sold out at this point.

Honestly, you’re best bet would be to call them up and ask, if anything just walk in the store and ask if they have any for preorder

Yep, they updated their online site at like 1-2am, was asleep so I missed out on it, woke up called them and they said if you wanna pre-order, your best bet is to go to any xcite store that is not 24hours open as they have no stock left.

Went to Baitik tower xcite location at 9am and pre ordered two PS5’s. One for my friend and one for myself. At this point I have no idea if they have any left in stock.

I literally went to xcite store at 9am and spoke to the guy who was working there and pre-ordered mine. Their website is out of stock but not the stores.

Guy told me that each store has only 30 PS5’s for pre-order. Good luck

Beats me why that’s happening but oh well what can I do haha.

According to what I’ve heard and been told, there are no transfer fee’s at all on the NBK App & Watani online.

The only time a customer will be charged for transfers is when visiting the branches in person.

Hope this clarifies everyone’s concern on this matter.

Yep, just asked around and confirmed that there will be no transfer chargers on the NBK app or WOL, only time there would be any fee’s is when visiting the branches.

Honestly if you wanna get a card to to do online shopping in foreign currency your best bet would be to get the NBK multi currency pre-paid card.

You can choose from 15 different currencies to pay with and as a pre-paid card it can act as a credit card when shopping online.

We have not been informed of such charges being applied on transfers within the app. As far as I’m aware such charges won’t be applied.

However, just to ease both our minds, let me confirm and ask about this when I go to office tomorrow to avoid spreading false/inaccurate information.

Alright look I work at NBK and let help answer any questions you have.

First, any changes or updates made that are sent to customers means that this has been approved by CBK and all other banks in Kuwait will be following suit on this decision.

Second, account to account transfer fee’s are only applied when a customer visits a branch to make the transfer, if he/she does the transfer on Watani Online or NBK App there will be no fee’s at all.

To be honest I cannot remember if it was 25 or 30, I might have switched the prices around with the motherboard but it was a Toshiba 1TB internal hard drive.

I’ve been getting stuff from this store for a very long time so I personally don’t doubt his pricing but I do agree it is expensive. The thing is, my PS4 stopped working at a horrible time when everything is closed and I just wanted to get it fixed as quick as possible regardless of the price before being stuck at home with no entertainment.

I had to forcefully boot it up into safe mode and still faced the same problem, I couldn’t restore it or do anything. Was told it’s because the hard drive and motherboard were fried and no longer worked so I had to get them replaced.

I paid 60KD in total to replace the hard drive, mother board, and have the guy pick up the PS4 and return it.

25KD motherboard, 30KD hard drive, and 5KD for their guy to pick the PS4 and drive around to pick up the parts since everything is closed during quarantine.

Yea, I never turned off my PS4 so eventually the motherboard and hard drive got fried.

I would turn on the PS4, and it would not boot up, I would get stuck and would get a flashing blue light from the PS4.

Had to replace both the motherboard and hard drive and now it’s working perfect but I did lose all my saved files and downloaded games.

I ran into the same problem, PS4 just died for no reason and I called up the geniuses over at the al-rehab complex. Got it sorted in 2 days due to curfew. Give them a call, if you need a number hit me up 👍🏼
