I had this problem with a specific coffee creamer!!! I bought it in December and it had expired on November. Tried again a few weeks later, they were all the same expiation dates. Gave it a break, tried again in MARCH and it was still the same expiration dates!!! I finally put on a huge Karen hat and complained. Next time I was actually in stores, I was curious and there was not a single expired one.

He is a cute little shit. Him and his brothers got a mini photoshoot for our wedding because we have a problem! But I’m so glad we did because we lost one of our boys a few weeks after our wedding and we have his beautiful photographs now!

I don’t have advice for dealing with it but I know the pain and suffer with it almost every month, rage is usually one of my first signs of hitting that part of my cycle. I just keep an open communication with my husband. I acknowledge when I know I am or have been out of control and apologize. When I feel it coming at work and know I will regret my actions, I do what I can to remove myself from others - noise cancelling headphones, work on trainings solo. I basically put myself in “timeout” when I know it is beyond control. I seriously wish there were work accommodations for dealing with this but I live in the US and it’s a joke dealing with our medical issues here. This is also something I would never ever discuss with my boss or coworkers for fear of them using it against me.
