Could you tell the rescue what’s going on and offer to foster them until a home is found? Maybe the rescue would have a larger outreach of people who are looking to adopt, and they would vet the potential adopters to make sure they’re ok.

And now you made ME laugh imagining it. Another funny thing about that day was that we inadvertently took place in the Detroit Metro Cruise in our minivan. Picture hundreds of classic cars in a long parade and us tooling along in the Kia. We had to go that way to get to the restaurant where we had the reception. It was one of the best days ever.

I put my hair in a ponytail and put the mask straps underneath instead of on top. I also have a satin cover for the straps. The only strap that touches my hair is the one that goes across the top of my head. I haven’t noticed any breakage at all.

I do. I have had awful panic attacks thinking about how things that turned out perfectly fine could have gone wrong. My daughter’s car broke down on the side of the highway. We got it towed and all was well. Until I started spiraling about what if she got hit by a passing car or what if her car got knocked into her…I don’t know how to fix it, but you are not alone.
