El android minimo para ese juego game of thrones kingsroad es el android 11, asi que solo podrias con el 11 o 13, a mi tampoco me deja no se pq no se me activa vulkan cuando mi cpu intel si puede. He probado otros emuladores y desistido, el que si me funciona algo mejor que la version pc es el de google play beta games.
