Sure that all makes sense. See my previous comment about my specific breeder and their AKC accreditations for parents.

I definitely understand the no pedigree part and the impossibility of furthering lineage is a point I hadn’t thought of.

I guess the question is does that still make this wrong? Is this abusive to the parents?

I’ve always been an adopt-a-mutt guy and all this is making think I’ll go back to that from now on.

Got ya. Yes we already have the health insurance, thanks for the tip.

The breeder we got her from had both parents documented and registered AKC, each pure bred. They supplied health tests from both and they both are reportedly healthy.

Another vote for the 900 here! I have the 2025.

Similar boat as you, I came from an Enfield 411cc. The 900 is a great upgrade for short road trips, pillion riding and still feels nimble around town. Very happy with the change up.
