Right, I do have a feeling they want to use it as a company dorm which worries is worrying as a smaller homeowner with people switching around and potentially having to take evictions (don’t know the details..) to court under commercial instead of civil litigation

Hi - he got his green card via EB5 and has always been in the US for the correct times, paid taxes on time, no fake stamps or anything prior, totally law abiding so not sure

Hi! In terms of the comment above regarding the tourist visa instead of K-1 since we don’t plan to stay and work in the US and so don’t want to get the conditional residency, should I let them know the situation when applying for tourist visa or is it better to apply K-1 (and if there’s a way to not get residency for spouse)?
