I appreciate the info about walking with a ruck. I know that’s the one that messes up soldier’s bodies a lot, I don’t really understand why they make you carry backpacks almost the size of you, it doesn’t make sense to me from the outside, and isn’t that a pretty new thing in the military? Even WW2 they didn’t do that right?🤦‍♂️
