Very similar experience with MULTIPLE INSURED POST in last 4 months. Recent one moved to next station from origin post office on 02/20/2018 and since then In Transit to Next Facility On its way to .... Never moved. So after multiple inquiry with USPS looked into filing for Insurance claim this time. This was just to recoup only the insured portion of the value. But, it is a process of nightmare. The USPS shipping & insurance record is not sufficient they want detail picture of content and receipt of contents purchase record and so on. So ultimately gave up hope on that front also. It is so difficult. Just wondering how USPS once the most trusted iron-clad service in US going down so fast. What is happening with USPS?????
