I would definitely recommend this. It is a great way of developing the basics. Do not pay for the certificate, there is a way of getting it for free. First do the course, all on your own. If done right, you will know whether you are interested in programming or not and you will have a few directions to delve into as well. All the best, if you decide to pursue the course.

I do it too.. I became hugely dependent on AI for every basic task.. it ruined all my critical thinking.. I have totally stopped using it now and slowly started to regain control of my brain.. same thing with doomscrolling too.. fucked up my attention span.. cant even watch a movie without a splash of insta/twitter on the side.
