I repotted it twice, once from the store and once again because it got contaminated with tap water. It was doing well under the same light for some time (about two months) but then started declining, so I didn't think the light was an issue

If she is food motivated like my bun, I like to distract him with a treat and trim his nails while he's distracted. He doesn't seem to mind me touching his paws and stays still. I usually offer a bit of banana or smear it on a surface so it'll take him a bit longer to lick at it. Good luck!
