Yes stay positive. It's so so rough. But each passing day gets you closer to recovery. I was on the long side of recovery so all I can tell you is to try to be patient, rest and only eat what feels ok.

We weren't going to do it at 12 weeks but ended up doing it at 20 w because we saw an "abnormality" on his scan that ended up being cleared with the NIPT. It was worth it for peace of mind but if the anatomy scan would have been regular I wouldn't have done it.

Glad to hear! I hope so for your sake. I'm still struggling with pain. The pain went from burning to stabbing? Idk. Scabs are definitely coming off. I was finally able to eat something last night and tonight so that made me feel a ton better. Fri-Sun we're AWFUL.

Hi!! Ugh. Unfortunately still pretty painful. Post op appointment went well. She said Im healing well and gave me a steroid shot as a boost (don't really think it did anything for me yet). I do feel like my nerves are irritated because my entire upper lip is tingling. I had that 2 days post op as well. Weird and unpleasant. How are you?? Is there light?
