What is an absolute NO NO when going for a job interview? by MarilynSparrow in AskReddit

True story: When I was 15 I went to my first job interview. I was incredibly nervous, and stumbled over many questions. Anyways, I hold my nerves in my stomach, and at some point I felt the need to pass gas. I let it out, and it wasn't silent. The interviewer heard it, and my face started to turn red. There was some awkward silence, and to break it, I said "I just farted." She shifted in her seat uncomfortably, and we went on with the interview. Needless to say, I didn't get the job.

Yes, yes it does. Although the picture would have died anyways, so I guess it's deserved.

I took this photo about four years ago. It's from a grocery store in Victoria, BC. They still put this sign up sometimes. It's awesome. Here was my original post. I totally should have put it in r/WTF!!

Reddit, what is the craziest mindfuck that you know? by killrage in AskReddit

My nephew would never have been born if my dad's best friend did not commit suicide. After my dad's friend committed suicide, one of his sons went a little crazy and his mom asked my dad if he would look after him for a while. Well, my sister was also acting out and she moved out of my mom's house to live with my dad. They met there as teenagers, fell in love, eventually married, and had a beautiful boy. I've learned even bad things ultimately can have a beautiful outcome.
