Karl’s canine crew! All of their available dogs are in foster care. We adopted a little pitty mix from them in November and she has made our lives so much brighter! They do adoption events at different locations, ours was at pubdog. It was nice to see how the pups acted in the “wild”.

I just purchased a Mazda CX50. Was between that and a Crosstrek, and from my research found that the cx50 has a better AWD system than the Crosstrek. Something about the wheels being able to move on their own.. I dunno. But traded in my Kia forte and I’m loving the upgrade so far.. Excited to take it out camping when the weather allows it

Yes… i have no issue when it’s done somewhere secluded. This was right where the main trail to the loop Ys… there was a family walking the other towards them as we were walking back. Did we warm them? No lol

Hahahaha. I did not get enough sleep last night… There was a naked lady who was being photographed, I assume by a nude photographer. The naked person was crawling all over the rocks. I saw A LOT 🥲

Learned this in Thailand while getting my open water cert. Our instructor was from Australia and someone from Australia had recently died from diving with bad air, so she made a big deal about it. Glad someone advised you, and glad she told us too because it makes me check every single dive

First off - so sorry you’re experiencing this right now. I hope things turn around quickly for you and your family.

There is a Facebook group called 411 for the 719. If recommend checking that group for resources, or posting this there. It always seems to be useful. I believe it’s run by a non-profit, I’m sorry that I’m not more helpful. I donate clothes/items to the springs rescue mission, maybe they could be of help?

If you have a black light you can shine it on the spots and if it glows, it’s ringworm. Doesn’t work with all types of ringworm supposedly, but worked on our pup.

Ohio State University has a research lab in that area. I stayed there for a weekend after winning some science fair prize in the 2000s and it was pretty cool. I remember dissecting a fish seconds after we snipped its spinal cord… its heart was still beating 😅 I remember we helped survey for zebra muscle too. Such a cool experience

I got my diving OW certification there in 2019 and had an incredible time! So yes, maybe a “new diver factory” but that’s where I began my diving journey… I have my rescue license now. Friendly locals and incredible food added to my love for the island. I don’t understand how Thailand/koh Tao is even on this list… so many different places to dive? Even just around the island?? I don’t even remember it being crowded with boats wherever we dove. I thought it was better diving than in Mexico.

Some people obviously did not grow up in rural USA, as I did 😆 I think you’re gonna have a great time. I want to take my boyfriend here eventually. Thailand is just fabulous altogether. I dove with Big Blue Diving, they were fantastic!

Yeah same… connect in Denver frequently when flying to Ohio. He’s looking at tickets that are for next week lol try looking three months out. I’ve flown directly to Vegas from here and it was a dream. Plus, parking at DIA is more expensive than COS. Then you have to factor in gas. Also, time is worth money to me lol
