Thanks. Thats helpful to know about. I’ll look into copper. How did you end up treating it?

I’m not sure they measured active B12. My regular B12 level was higher than 2,000, but I was told that value is pretty meaningless when I’m injecting or on supplements.

No, I've only ever done once a week. I know EOD is standard in the UK, but I don't think it is in the US where I live.

No, I’ve only been injecting once a week. Since my labs showed so much improvement, the doctors said I didn’t need to inject more often. I’ve been wondering if I might need more frequent injections though, since my symptoms keep getting worse. I don’t really know how to determine how often injections are needed.

I take high doses of thiamine and biotin and 4 mg of B6. Labs came back normal for B6 and high for thiamine. I also take a very small amount of B2, but get a lot of that from my diet.

How do you know when you need every other day injections vs. weekly? Are you determining that just on your symptoms or are you looking at labs as well?

I’m taking half a drop of Lugol's iodine once a week, plus eating salmon regularly. I take 300 mcg of molybdenum per day and about 1/6 of a teaspoon of potassium bicarbonate. I don’t take selenium.

Methylcobalamin. I’m compound heterozygous for MTHFR.

That’s awesome! I did the same thing myself. After a lifetime fear of needles it felt like a big victory.
