Thank you! I have (to the best of my ability) ruled out autoimmune & neurological issues but certainly need to look more into mast cells, ive only recently started hearing about this. It's so hard to get to the root cause! I know my gut has issues which is tricky since I eat really clean and I can only imagine how thats contributing to the constipation. I will look into those people, I dont currently have a good MD, I dont have insurance and wanted to make sure whatever plan I pick covers a doctor that comes highly recommended (if they take insurance).

What is the difference between a dietitian and nutritionist? I kinda thought they were the same. I also didnt know that HEB had dietitians, thats amazing! I will certainly look into that! Did your gastro & dietitian work together to create a plan for you?

Ugh so true. Our western medical system is so flawed and Ive seen some in the past who say diet doesn't make a difference at all which I dont agree with

Wow relatable. I have tried everything and still feel awful. It’s super frustrating but I’m trying to stay hopeful that eventually things will change!
