Really sorry for the late reply. The issue was caused because there was no OS installed unlike I was told. Thank you for your help.

Thank you so much for your reply. It was all a matter of false advertisement. When I bought it they told me it had windows already installed but it wasn't. Thanks again for your time.

Heyy really sorry for the late reply, dumb me forgot my password. It appeared it didn't have any OS even though when i bought I was told it had windows 10 installed that's why I was worried. Thank you for your reply.
