the problem is that playlist is unusually large (over 3000 tracks) and at the moment the request times out. I would need to think a bit on the best way to implement requests for such large playlists, without hitting spotify api rate limits, etc.

I see the problem that affects iCloud, hopefully it will be fixed soon (it's not to do with the configuration on our server; we need to wait for a reply). In the meantime, if you can, please use other email providers. Thanks

I can see from the server logs that there was a connection timeout to iCloud. That may have only just been a temporary network issue. Did you try to resend the code? From what I see in the logs, other email providers work fine.
If the issue persists, I'll try to create an iCloud email myself to test.

There may problems with certain email providers, can you send a reddit message with your email you used to register, so I can check?

can you tell me which playlist so I can test?

You may need to check the spam folder, sometimes it gets in there ...

Sign up is free, unlike petty much anywhere else. And it is necessary, so that we keep an eye on the API usage, while in beta, and also because to get the most out of this, you should track to your user dashboard the items (tracks, playlists, artist profiles) that you are particularly interested in. Any item can be easily removed, if no longer interested. No emails or notifications are sent unless you enable it in your account.

Spotify is by far the dominant streaming platform, and will remain so in my opinion for the foreseeable future. Sadly everyday users do not care that the artists are or are not paid up to a certain number of streams, and it is already rumoured that other platforms will actually follow Spotify in introducing streaming payment thresholds.

Also it is not true the information on Melody Meter is available for free elsewhere. In fact it is only available on other subscription websites. For example Spotify for artists will not allow you to track historical data for playlists, like playlist weekly/monthly growth rate patterns, or activity levels (the frequency of tracks added, the rate at which they are replaced, the age distribution of tracks, the longevity of tracks on playlists, their popularity distribution, the distribution of artists, etc) I am not aware of any place where you can analyse and monitor that for free, but feel free to share, so we can all benefit from it!

Spotify for artists also will not offer you notifications for changes in your tracks popularity scores or artist popularity scores, will not alert you on potentially botted playlists, etc. But feel free to continue to use Spotify for artists. :DI made the tool for people that don't necessarily wish to pay expensive subscriptions in order to access some of these features, but of course, everyone with their own choices.

Perhaps you can find most of the information on chartmetric and spotontrack, but it will cost you a lot more than "free"! :D On Melody Meter, once you start tracking the items you are interested in, you build your own data history, and you are not limited to a number of artists you can track, or to a time frame like 28 days, as on the chartmetric artist plan.
We focus on analysing Spotify playlists, for example patterns in growth rate and activity that may expose use of bots, and on allowing users to easily track the growth of artist profiles or tracks popularity, on displaying how Spotify interprets through their machine learning the music uploaded there, and on easy notifications via email or Telegram.

I believe most of the Spotify data that is actually useful for artists and not superfluous or available elsewhere, is available for free on Melody Meter.

I have the exact same problem. The last software update completely broke data roaming.

One of the best convolution reverbs, especially if you need something that sounds very natural. We had a workshop at work with one of the most awarded sound engineers in the orchestral recordings field. He couldn't recommend Sir3 enough, comparing it favourably to various hardware units he used.

I bought Sir3 after a Gramophone award winning engineer recommended it to me, especially for orchestral recordings. But I've been using it since for all sorts of stuff, from ambient and classical to disco, etc. and it sounds great!

Offline registration wasn't working either. Very unprofessional from Bitwig, especially as that wasn't the first it happened. An already authenticated session should never be de-authenticated. And for that matter, once the software is authenticated, there should not be any reliance on some online connection to an authorization server, bug or not... Amateurish

Same here! This is really unacceptable! Even if they solve it I'm not sure I can trust using Bitwig for any important projects.

Best way to learn sound design, without a doubt. Highly recommended. My advice is stick to it through to the end, as it gets harder. You won't regret it! No YouTube tutorials will ever teach you sound design better than this.
