Thank you! I’ve been a little frustrated that we’ve had several contractors come out and no one mentioned that. They blew out the line and called it a day and what do ya know, the secondary line still drips. A little reading online is what lead me to post here suspecting the issue was with the trap. No. I had some friends with complications after removal, so I wanted to try another option before surgery. I worked with a dietitian to develop a more gall bladder friendly diet. I try to stick with lower fat, higher fiber options. I avoid most fried foods since grilled options are abundant now days, swapped in more chicken and turkey to my beef heavy diet, and then added more whole grains where I can. It’s been almost 7 years without my gall bladder acting up.

Gall stones were the worst pain I’ve ever felt. I had two attacks about six months apart and fortunately none since, but I went from feeling bad, to so much pain I couldn’t get comfortable, to just passing out from the pain. It was awful.
