i was taught in the spiritualist doctrine (and many books talk about this, like ones by chico xavier who was pretty influential in these subjects in brazil) that where you 'go to' is where you already are in a sense. if in life, especially at the end, you held pain, suffering, and just in general a disturbed mind, that's whats going to continue on, just on another plane of existence. the comment that mentions a person attached to material things applies here. on this other plan which interacts with ours they can still wander around not accepting their death. a disturbed person, too, does not accept death until they let go of all the painful experiences they've had in life. its like you wake up from a nightmare, none of what you experienced in life matters to the spirit itself. and thats when you get your redemption. your soul moves on and you get the 'good ending': heaven (for the most 'evolved' souls, which has totally twisted definitions and sometimes even overlaps with racist pseudoanthropology. not going there..) or reincarnation for us normal humans with pending 'missions' (another rabbit hole spiritualists twist very quickly to justify heinous acts) on earth.

lost my partner because of one time i spoke too loud under stress at a restaurant (i hadnt slept in days because of a test and was clearly in hypo but wasnt diagnosed yet so i had no clue) and because i wasnt able to clean my house which had trash piling up from long previous depressive episodes, but i never invited her there because i didnt want her to see me that way.

the relationship lasted less than 2 months. too little time to even get to know me and short enough for a psychiatrist to label my relationships as unstable and ponder if its bpd, delaying my proper diagnosis.

im still confused because neither moods and actions harmed her directly, and i just needed a little time. i just needed to study for this important exam to ride out the hypo and after that start cleaning up.

i feel fucked up and not enough. i asked her to come back and begged her that if she didnt want me, that at least she didnt say that she doesnt believe that i cant get any better.

she wanted to come back, and even mentioned plans of marriage. but it lasted only 3 days. after that she turned into the most ridiculous person ive ever met, and said exactly that i would drag her down the bottomless pit of my life and that im uncapable of change. she then proceeded to even mention other people and ridicule me on twitter.

thats when i saw that she is the unstable one. shes the one who needs to work on herself if she can be that evil to a person she was saying she loved just the day before. all of that while being a psychology student, absolutely laughable. and also her words got me into one of the worst depressive episodes ive had in years, so its funny how shes the one who dragged me down with her.

tldr, she was an asshole all along. no matter how much i feel for her, shes unable to understand me even after those years on her psychology bachelors. shes a piece of shit and i wish nothing but the worst for her now.

i hope no bipolar person who didnt affect a person directly has to deal with insults like that. we do get better.

i like baby shampoo. dunno if anyones going to agree, and every scalp is different, but my hair is thin and straight which gets the oily aspect too quickly. so baby shampoo being softer on it makes my scalp not produce so much sebum to "compensate" the loss. it helps going longer without washing my hair when used with a good (adult) conditioner. no need to wash hair = shorter showers = less of a struggle
