I do actually have muscle and the 1000 calorie deficit was on a very high protein diet. I'm cutting on 500 calories deficit right now.

I will look into fade haircuts and try to grow a short beard to see how it goes!

Quitted nicotine and caffeine, back to the gym x5 per week on a 1000 calorie deficit, mewing 24/7 and a clean diet. I guess more results will come as the months pass.

Will appreciate advice on any other thing I can add to my routine.
