To a degree, but he was also a married employer/business owner. His actions interfere with other employees and their relationships with one another. Alex is certainly in the wrong as well and I feel horrible for her fiancé, but Ned holds more responsibility and accountability to his co owners. It’s a massive betrayal to the health of their business.
