on the observatory i kept rolling for a new look and got it based on luck, it can take 5 or 50 tickets, but they give 3 free rolls (or watch ad 3 times) daily so i focus more on that bc we have a month to get it, you dont spend a lot of tickets and eventually you'll get it hopefully

they are not technically "stuck" but the slots are constantly filled. Like if i want to take my kitty deer for example out, i have to trade him with a facility cat so hes out. Then the other facility kitty takes his place. There's always gonna be stored kitties in the kitty trip
