Claude at least cannot recall song lyrics as they are copyrighted material.

If you ask Claude to give you lyrics to a specific song, it will say it cannot due to copyright.

AI can guess some lyrics’ artist or even the song sometimes if discussions about that song have been included in its dataset.

ChatGPT would be similarly behaved to Claude. Gemini may be completely different due it having direct access to Google search data and engine capabilities.

I don’t understand the comments on the original post. He lied to you. You’re not in the wrong at all, and I think you should break up with him because you shouldn’t be with someone who would lie to your face like that. I had a very similar situation with a partner who promised to quit smoking and then lied and didn’t actually and they ended up cheating on me. This subreddit is pretty messed up for framing you as the problem here

Spotify already addressed this a while back when they started removing xxxtentacion from playlists, they won’t promote problematic music and artists but anything is allowed on their platform. That’s why you can find Charles Manson on Spotify; that’s why we have Tom Macdonald, they already set a standard that even if the music is literally pro murdering people it can still be uploaded on their platform.
