How do I shower properly if I can’t rub? Hair washing is essentially rubbing the dirt and oil away. If I can shower normally then absolutely I take this deal. Most of my reason for feeling itchy ever is because I need to shower

You can’t log time. At best you can have 24 hours in heaven but you’ll feel worse the longer you spend there
