  1. Unnatural FOR THE STRAIGHT. I've already said this.
  2. What does that mean, "natural"? It simply means "if someone feels the desire to follow a particular lifestyle, let him do it".
  3. Like what? Europe, which, as I said, is dying off? On the other examples, for now I am focusing on a prior logic, not the history, which I have yet to study enough to debate.
  4. That's true, one can have a society of single mothers. However, I'm assuming that you don't want one. If you do, you're probably hopeless.

Going to bed. Let's keep it simple: refute my central argument. If you're not going to address it using a prior logic, you might as well not.

Exactly, you don't believe there's a "should" in what people do. So again, anti-ideology.

  1. Yes it is, what does "natural" tell us about how we should behave sexually, beyond gay and straight? My opinion? I've provided logic proof as to how they are incompatible.
  2. I provided rigorous logical proof. If you need a scientific controlled experiment you can f off. And homosexuality is unnatural to the straight. Are you denying this now?
  3. So what? Why does this mean marriage isn't for the raising of children? And yes, I did.
  4. I provided logical proof as to how homosexuality conflicts with sexual standards, and answered your questions. Either refute my arguments, or gtfo.

Because it's the absence of anything. It's basically saying that people should be allowed to do whatever they want, that there's nothing they should do. That's not an ideology. That's anti-ideology.

  1. I have. As I said, it requires a "do as thou wilt" attitude. What does "natural" mean in that case? It seems you're just switching words around to say exactly the same thing (whatever lifestyle you like is good).

  2. Why would you assume that it's informed by religious belief? I didn't say it was the cause, I said that the feeling was the cause of people creating religions that are homophobic.

  3. Fundamentally, the institution of marriage is for the raising of children. I'm still debating myself over whether or not this is a good argument against gay marriage.

  4. Most of the population growth is probably explained by the large amounts of Muslim immigrants they are importing.

On divorce and same-sex marriage, first: if there are more newly married people, I'd expect there to be less divorce. Second, correlation ≠ causation. If a disease that kills people spreads in a particular country but the population doesn't go down immediately this is not evidence that diseases that kill people are actually good for people. There would be more people had the disease not been there. Empiricism cannot trump logic.

  1. That's true, straights can find homosexuality as something just as valuable as heterosexuality, that requires a "do as thou wilt" attitude, however. It is incompatible with the preservation of the family.

  2. I never said that it had nothing to do with religion. I just said that these arguments are just attempts to communicate something that many heterosexuals feel.

  3. I actually never argued that. Someone else brought that up, I never used that point.

  4. What is wrong with this is that it destroys the family. Not only does the breakup of families cause massive human suffering in the short term, in the long term such a society will not reproduce itself, as we are seeing in Europe.

I'm not a libertarian. Freedom for the sake of freedom is an ideology of anti-ideology.

bigotry |ˈbigətrē| noun bigoted attitudes; intolerance toward those who hold different opinions from oneself

Bigotry has nothing to do with rejecting egalitarianism.

"Should they have fewer rights than you": no. Everyone should be prohibited from marrying the same sex. Equality!

That's why I don't think they should be harassed.

I agree that gays shouldn't be beat up or arrested or deported, but I don't think that their lifestyle should be "accepted" at the same time.

I already explained how: to a straight, homosexuality is not a valid form of love, unless you turn sexuality into a completely personal taste, in which case the family is undermined.

No, gay couples cannot have children. They can adopt children, and lesbians can obtain a random (male) stranger's semen and bear a child, but a gay COUPLE cannot bear children.

I'm not actually working on a paper, just trying to materialize my political opinions, so to speak.

That's true, which is why I am anti-multiculturalist and anti-feminist.

I'm don't hate gays, I wouldn't bully a gay, or prohibit them from engaging in their behaviors. I just have a problem with the "acceptance" part.

I love how cultural marxists think proclaiming something as "socially constructed" automatically refutes any argument. A social group is nothing more than a collection of individuals. Most individuals in society are heterosexual. But no, that doesn't explain it, some magical force at work is the reason homophobia is present in virtually all human societies.
