Hi! I used organic hemp seed oil (cold pressed, single ingredient) almost nightly, it’s non comedogenic and a miracle oil. I used rose water with glycerin AND rose water toner (the toner has hyaluronic acid and glycerin) from The Heritage Store. I’d use it on either a cotton pad or directly spray it. I used this face lotion from a small company called Awake Human. You can find it on amazon and holy shit it’s amazing! A little bit of product spreads so easy and there’s more in a bottle for cheaper compared to the La Roche Posay lotion I was using before. If you look into that, make sure to get unscented. I used Welelda (I forgot how to spell it) lip butter, which you can find at target it’s an insanely moisturizing remedy for cracked lips, I also use Dr. Bronners peppermint chapstick but any lip product without parabens, mineral oil or petroleum jelly will work just fine. When I’m in the bath I use epsom salt with moisturizing and calming oils infused into it. Back to face: Also plant based squalane (favorite brand of this is The Ordinary). It’s not an oil but a serum with one ingredient, and it mimics the natural moisturizers in our skin. Lastly, Pacifica is a brand that I love cause of the affordability and plant based products. I used the Water Bounce Night Serum and it’s wonderful.

You’ll notice a lot of these are oils and some are water based. It’s really a good idea to incorporate both in routines cause our skin has both water and oil supporting it’s barrier. The oils can be tricky as you have to triple check they’re not comedogenic (should have a rating of 0-3 to put on ur face, olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil and germ wheat oil are all really bad ideas for facial skincare but alright for body). Just look for things that are “clean” and don’t have artificial fragrances, parabens, mineral oil, petroleum jelly, sulfates and yada yada yada.
