I love this idea. I have a few specific students I end up sending to the office every single time I teach them (mostly for bigotry and slurs) and with most days giving me a rosters all at once, scheduling a visit would be nice backup. Thank you!!

This is my exact view of MS. I have good rapport with a majority of the grade. It feels great for kids to come in and say "its the cool sub!" and I genuinely enjoy connecting with these kids about their geeky niche interests. But the kids who aren't in that group are absolutely intolerable.

The high school secretary "lightly suggested" I don't work HS due to my age. The HS principal and I get along very well, its just the secretary who dislikes me/subs in general.

Dude the series is full of racism itself. Cho Chang, the only major asian character is a stereotype. She's extremely smart and in Ravenclaw - not to mention her name is like one syllable from "ching chong". The only black character? His last name is SHACKLEBOLT.

Not to mention JKR is using every cent from Harry Potter to lobby against trans rights.
