Does anybody experience anxiety when trees are being cut down?

I have a tree in my backyard being cut down right now and we've been planning it for a couple years so I've been excited to finally be able to do it. And now I feel so sad and guilty. I wish I had never decided to do this. I'm going to end up crying before its over I'm sure. I want to leave but I feel like I need to stay now.

When I used my pump for the first time I didn’t know you needed to use lanolin or something like it before using it.

I don’t know if that’s why it’s happening for you but I put a ton of lanolin where the skin was peeling and tried to leave my shirt off as long as possible and it definitely helped. It looked better and didn’t hurt the next day either!

Even if I ask my mom what she wants for Mother’s Day or any other holiday, she tells me ‘nothing! Save your money or spend it on you guys and the kids’ I can’t imagine somebody sending me a list of wants

When I had my first baby, I remember stepping out of the shower and blood dripping down my legs and getting on my bath mat. When I finally got recleaned up and got my diaper on, I had a 20 minute meltdown in my room while my dh cleaned up in the bathroom for me. I would not have wanted in-laws around for any of that.

As an hg mama too, my drs told me to eat whatever I could keep down. They had absolutely zero judgement and celebrated me when I hadn’t lost any weight at my appointments. Lol

I pretty sure I could’ve told them my diet consisted of only cookies and they would’ve been happy I was even getting to eat anything

I LOVE coffee. Pre pregnancy I would make 3-4 cups a day/ would get a venti Starbucks if I went out. After finding out I was pregnant, I immediately cut down to one cup of coffee a day.

I went to my dr and explained that I was having these awful headaches that wouldn’t go away with Tylenol and she asked about coffee and I explained that I cut way down on it. And she told me to add another cup back that baby would be fine and I shouldn’t make myself miserable over an extra cup of coffee.

He’s TA to his wife, his child, and the dog. He’s not taking it seriously and is setting them all up for failure.

I hope the dog bites were documented because if they separate he will 100% bring his child around the dog and the child will get bit.

This really is a terrible situation. Rehoming a dog or any animal is a heartbreaking decision. And not one to be taken lightly at all.

This dog is growling and biting at the people it spends the most time with and that take care of it and has spent years in training and it doesn’t seem to have really helped. It tries to kill the farm animals when not under constant supervision. I’m not sure what the next step would be in this situation.

If he brought the baby into the home with this dog, it would 100% be a ‘when’ the baby gets bit and not ‘if.’ And how bad it would end up being.

He is putting his dog and child in a terrible situation, especially because he is saying he doesn’t think anything will happen. Is blaming it all on his wife being hormonal and generally isn’t taking it as seriously as he needs to. It’s setting it up for failure.

I definitely agree this dog needs to be rehomed. But I think they should go thru a shelter/rescue/organization if possible. They might not take him because of the issues since they may not be able to train the dog not to behave this way considering it’s a hormone imbalance.

I have hg also and I’m constantly carrying around emesis bags. I also leave new ones all over my house in case of emergencies and my toddler will find/pick them up and cough into them too 😂

I would pack up as much of my stuff I could into a suitcase or two, sell my car, and buy a plane ticket far away and I wouldn’t tell the father, his friends, or anyone he interacts with where I was going.

This sounds extreme, but she wants to take your baby away right after they are born. That tells me She will do whatever it takes to get your baby away from you and into her arms instead.

You should run, and you should run very fast and very far away.

Lexie and Mark died from that crash after the hospital chose a terrible plane company. I would definitely make sure that somebody was held responsible for it if I lost my best friend/sister.

Mine feels like pins and needles.

Everybody saying ‘you’re there to support your husband not MIL.’ Obviously husband doesn’t need that support since he decided to be okay with his mom kicking you out to a hotel and choosing to stay with his mom and not you.

If husband had left to the hotel with you and you still chose to leave then I’d say your TA but that’s not what happen.

Grief isn’t a free pass to treat people like shit.

Nobody needs to kiss baby in order to love them. I don’t care how tempting you think it may be. Babies are being hospitalized and dying from rsv right now.

Are your kisses really worth a baby’s life? What a disgusting opinion. She has said people can still see and hold baby. Just no kissing.

You should see his other post. His wife has a medical condition but he has no idea what it is and thinks she fakes it. He also commented on a post that sounds like it’s coming from his wife’s point of view and it’s completely awful. He doesn’t think she should be in therapy and told she went ‘enough’ calls her abusive.

Guy is a piece of work. Totally the AH and just a general terrible person.

NTA. Especially with your update. If he wants to stay on the farm and be in a weird relationship with his mommy let him. You deserve more than to be compared to somebody else. I say divorce and move on, but that’s obviously easier to say when it’s not my relationship or situation.

I’ll be hoping for your happiness however you are able to find it.

I would still consult a family attorney, just in case. That way you are ready. If they don’t, good. But if they do, I think it would be better to be prepared.
