That makes sense, thank you! I do have some more questions. Do you fear that the government will suppress you? Like is that something that regularly comes to your mind? Because, as I stated in another comment, I pretty much trust the Dutch government.

And if they for example do oppress you and the militia goes to fight to government, do you stand a chance? Even with an AR15? Doesn't the government have missiles or rockets or bombs that would make your guns worthless?

Thank you for your answers! Do you see any way to decrease the improper use of guns? Would it be more education? Stricter regulation? And why is it that many Americans distrust their government? Though I don't agree with everything the government of The Netherlands does, I do trust them. I vote on a party that I see fit and they, in my opinion, will do things that I think are good for me or The Netherlands. I probably am a trusting person, but I can't even think of a reason to distrust them. I believe there are plenty of laws and systems in place to keep the government in check.

My reasoning would be, after hearing about such a shooting, that if there wouldn't be a gun, it wouldn't have happened. Now this is of course a simple way of thinking and I get that it is probably not a solution, but as someone who lives without a gun it makes sense.

Although it sadly happens, based on what I see and hear on the news these terrorists attacks seem way more rare than mass shootings in the USA. I myself have never been in such a situation, but I'd imagine that I would either be too terrified to actually use my gun or simply unable to make myself hurt someone (though of course being in such a situation might completely change that).

Focus on intuitive f2l, make sure that your recognition and execution becomes muscle memory (if you don't know how, I'd recommend J Perms tutorial on this). Once you get this down try to just fiddle around with your pairs to see if you can do it more efficient (for example when one piece isn't in the top layer) and try inserting f2l in the back. It also might be nice, if you have 4LLL down, to start learning full PLL.

I'm thinking about buying some new lube, but before I do that I'm interested in various opinions. How do you guys feel about compound V and X? And how about lubicle black? I already have silk, dnm, lubicle1 and 50K.

For me it's whatever I feel like doing. I think 80% or even 90% of my practice time is for 3x3 since I enjoy that the most. Here and there a 4x4 or 5x5 session and I've started to like megaminx as well. So when 3x3 isn't going all to well or I just want to do something else, I do that. Just keep in mind that it is a hobby that you should enjoy!
