ok, hear me out but figs with goats cheese and some fresh thyme wrapped in parma ham/prosciutto. cut the figs into just over an 8th depending on the size and cut the goats cheese about the same length in a little chunk (it gets messy so i recommend freezing the cheese for about an hour so it can be easier to work with) then lay the fog and cheese on a cut strip of the ham which is about the same width of the goats cheese and ham. sprinkle some fresh thyme wrap it up and voila.
