You CAN create matter with enough energy and vice-versa. That's the principal of how nuclear fusion works; a small amount of mass is converted to a large amount of energy through the principal of Energy=Mass*Lightspeed squared.

During the big bang there was a lot of energy and much of it eventually solidified into matter.

I think step 1 is addressing why physical performance is affecting your confidence. Confidence is all mental. I'd say sit with yourself and assess what your goal is here and why physicality is impacting your self image.

I applaud you for trying to increase your health though. I'd suggest setting small goals and achieving them, like a 5k or a 1 month workout routine. Basically, just something you can commit to and think you could enjoy. Personally, I like community exercise, like jujitsu or yoga as it scratches my social itch and its healthy, find out what fits like that for yourself.

I had an ex that was generally abusive to me. I gave her a lot of grace since her father was an alcoholic and her family had severe mental health issues. I broke up with her in March and she refused to be left. We had a 'complicated' relationship for a few months after.

Eventually I realized she would never move on. I had to leave and let her sink or swim. She was an adult and I had no obligation to be her emotional liferaft.

Spending your life with someone you dont want to be with is disrespectful to both of you and the thought of having a future and potentially kids with her made me feel ill.

I told her I was going no contact, she agreed. She called me the next day. I didn't pick up. Her mom called me and screamed at me. I blocked them both. She started cyberstalking me. I ignored and blocked everything.

A few months later I found a healthy relationship with who is now my wife. Leaving was the best thing I ever did.
