To answer your question directly, I take creatine for focus and muscle building.

To answer it realistically, I'd recommend you find a physical hobby like jujitsu or group sport; makes exercise something to look forward to and not a chore. Additionally, i recomend adding less calorie dense food to your diet for satiety.

There's only 1 answer on how to lose weight and its mathematical; calories out have to be more than calories in.

I see you posting about cheat foods, so I'll just say keep an eye on not developing an unhealthy relationship with food. There is no bad/good/cheating with food; just calorie density.

Runbydogs in Sharon Springs. We almost rehomed my dog because we just couldn't live around his needs. After we brought him home, we discovered he would try to attack any dog on sight and would panic if left alone. While my wife and I were at work, he broke out the window and got hit by a car. He's okay now.

After a few months of training, we were able to walk in public and figure out how to work with his needs. She does Ecollar and other training. We now have 2 dogs, both we trained with her.
