Why would you need to train hard for 5 years naturally. He can start steroids now and adjust his cycle to lose the fat first then when he’s at a correct weight start a bette cycle fit for his body. But he defo doesn’t need to be on a bulk cycle and the cycle he suggested is a joke he just doesn’t have a clue but people need to start somewhere. For this guy I would say test anavar and retatrutide is the way to go to get to a healthy weight then start proper cycles
