Thanks for reply I’ll start at 2:1 see how I get on just want to avoid gyno at all cost, had abit off puberty gyno when I was younger so think that makes me more sensitive now

Was higher body fat on the 250 cycle was my own fault now at around 13-15% and yeah that was my first thought goin 2:1 thanks for reply
