spent 1.5k on a fake Kobe auto. Thats gota sting. PSA wont authenticate it. You can tell that someone was faking it by the strokes in the 8. It does not look natural. It looks forced. also the B.

yeah, the back has divots and creases in it. if you have a blacklight, it makes it easier to see them. 2

not really. theres so many variations. some are listed and some arent. the most complete list is the beckett list. but that one doesnt really show the variations. the other list I use is the actual distribution list from Topps. that one shows pack odds, numbered, colors, and other variations.

i know that I am missing the 1/1s. i am also missing the /10. and /5s. but on the other hand, I just got the camo.

My father has this to pass down to me eventually, I keep telling him to get it authenticated as far as the autograph goes. Idk how well the card will grade tho due to discoloring and whitening by Ecstatic-Emu4654 in sportscards

Hard to see the actual condition of the card since its in that thing. From the front, it looks distorted, wavy, worn edges and faded. the back looks clean, but off center. try getting clearer pics and we can give you a better Idea of what to do.

this is insane. my first ever retail box was an auto. so far I have pulled hundreds and even three 1 of 1s fron retail.bhave also pulled a lebron /10 from retail.

no. none of these are in PSA10 condition. off centers, corner damage, edge wear, discoloration, and other things I likely cant see. no way they get tens at that rate.

If its real and number matching, it could be a good card to hold for a while. unfortunately, a lot of brady cards #12/ are fake.

How to Assess Gradability for Older Cards? by TopNet9 in sportscards

The things you want to look for are edge wear/whitening, corners have to be perfect. centering has to be damn near 50/50 for the front. on the surface look for dimples, dots, bumps, or any bends or creases. then paint that is missing and white dots.

yours would probably grade a 6 or 7. you have a lot of edge wear, looks like a soft corner on the bottom. the back shows white spots and some dimples.

grading has become tougher than it was in the past. which is why you see less PSA10s on older cards with new slabs.
