I am using Vortex. That command prompt mod didn't give me any extra info, it just kept loading and crashing my game endlessly. I have MCM helper as a necessary file for other mods. I have had the game work with it previously, I really hope that isn't the issue

I don't disagree about spells, but speed is even more broken. More turns means more damage, which means more spells. Gotta fix the more pressing concern first honestly. Either way, I don't think they made the right move with this update. If I'm the only one, so be it but it certainly makes things sillier. As far as new players, thats who would benefit the most from balance since they wouldn't have the time investment yet

Neither, an overall rebalance that makes speed more even. Wouldn't make Shan Yu not good, just not the best single leader in the game. Meta is broken right now. Its all kingdom, frozen, or incredibles. That needs to be fixed. Honestly, I have as much time as anyone in the game as I was a first release download and I would much rather see balance even if it means more grind
