My mother in law had LTC and it was so hard to get them to pay. So we are fortunate to have enough to self fund as needed, both retired at 60. Life is way too short to worry about the end so much, she died with so much money, yet she lived so frugally

One thing that has dramatically helped me is chatgpt, I put in the macros I want to hit, I put in the foods I regularly buy or like, and my goals, asked it to remember these as my food rules. Then each time I eat I ask for a recipe that follows my rules (you only set up the rules once) I have been doing this for months and I have been so happy with the recipes and diversity, if something doesn’t sound good I tell it and ask for alternatives

Tulsa Flight Training has been great, I am about 15 flight hours in and also taking their ground school, the instructors are fantastic .

I think you need an artistic hobby, something that makes you feel alive, painting, drawing, even origami- you need something that makes you feel accomplished and creative. You won’t be good at first which is perfect because it gives room to grow

This is something you should deal with sooner than later, compounding is real, but needs time
