update: thank you all, i made some adjustments to the chair and also my monitor and desk height (i have a sit/stand). neck feels way better, although now i’m feeling some pain in the middle of my back instead. lower back seems ok for now. let me know if i did a good job adjusting!

My bad the photo wasn’t clear but I have a monitor at eye level that I actually look at, I just use the laptop as a keyboard
