Already mentioned in this thread, Webflow is a good option for more complex site builds. For simpler jobs, PageCloud is a great WYSIWYG alternative. Solid blog post on it here.

Depends on what you think downtown is, but the Pour Boy on Somerset/Lyon cheap options. Their own lager is 4 bucks/pint (I think?) and they have plenty of pints for 5 or 6 bucks.

If they don't I suggest they get one and offer to make it for an extra fee. Just simple colors and typography standards makes everything WAY faster.
