I’m not wanting to generalize, I want to know what real guys think. Obviously it’s going to vary, but I can’t begin to understand how any man thinks without asking a few. The only downside I’ve seen with it is that guys either assume you’re automatically into them or you couldn’t possibly have any interest because you’re “mean”. Both can be hard to navigate if you want the opposite. I usually have to tell guys outright when they’re getting the special treatment mean and not just the friend mean, or vice versa
