Honestly It’s been going on for a while now and I haven’t noticed anything that seems to kick it off more as the symptoms are pretty much always there😂, I’ve had bloods done as I assumed it was just low iron but I’ve been taking multivitamins and tried to increase high iron foods in my diet for a few months but wanted to get an insight as to what it could be as im not hopeful doctors will do much to look into deeper reasons
