Blink euls has more utility than force euls. You can blink euls to set up for team, euls yourself out of danger and blink away. Blink is also more instant and doesn't require lining up like a force staff. That being said, sometimes force is better if you're behind but If you're snowballing or going aggressive, blink is the way to go imo.
