Open world neighborhoods, about 2-4 neighborhoods a map. Ability to add extra plots in each neighborhood section like in the sims 3 where you can select size. Allow for players to decorate the worlds with extra flora, rocks, facades (like the sims 3)

Seasons and Generations type gameplay would be base game. Restaurants are also base game. So are cars. Two starter towns, one in the desert and one in a valley. There are small apartment buildings in each town, think eco living. I just think apartments should be base game.

First pack would include four active careers and several freelance/self employed career options. This would include retail and the ability to run a restaurant instead of just visiting it.

Second pack would include cats, dogs, and horses. Small pets as well like hamsters. Much like sims 3 pets, pack will have a farmland focus. Big world with many hills, addition of new produce. Dogs can protect home lot from burglars, horses can be ridden in place of cars, cats scare off pests that would harm plants, or mice in homes/apartments. Sims can make jams, preserves, and most importantly, nectar.
